In addition to receiving assistance with any issues encountered with os-soft, an active Technical Support contract entitles users to software updates when they become available.

Technical Support renewals remain valid for one-year from receipt of payment and allow for up to eight (8) hours of technical assistance. Support is provided Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, subject to the observed statutory holidays of Ontario, Canada.

  • Installation of SQL Server and other software that supports os-soft
  • Troubleshooting issues with os-soft
  • Answering specific questions related to os-soft*
  • Software updates to os-soft
