In addition to receiving assistance with any issues encountered with Osnium, an active Technical Support contract entitles users to software updates when they become available.

Technical Support renewals remain valid for one-year from receipt of payment and allow for up to eight (8) hours of technical assistance. Support is provided Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, subject to the observed statutory holidays of Ontario, Canada.

Services included in Technical Support

  • Installation of Osnium
  • Installation of SQL Server and other software that supports Osnium
  • Troubleshooting issues with Osnium
  • Answering specific questions related to Osnium
  • Software updates to Osnium

Services not included in Technical Support

  • Troubleshooting software/hardware issues not specific to Osnium
  • Software customization or modifications
  • New report development or modifications to existing reports
