ClinicND - Shutdown details and FAQ

As of October 31, 2017, Osnium will no longer provide support,  hosting, bug fixes or updates for ClinicND. Users with valid support contracts can access technical support until that date, however we will not be renewing or selling yearly technical support contracts. If you have a support contract that expires before October 31, 2017, you can purchase technical support until October 31, 2017, at a prorated amount or on a monthly basis until September 30, 2017.

Details for Retrieving your ClinicND Data

ClinicND Express and ClinicND users that have their data hosted by Osnium can contact support to receive their data. ClinicND users that host their own data will receive instructions on how to export their data from the software.

ClinicND Express and ClinicND users that have their data hosted at Osnium can expect to receive their data within 3 weeks of contacting support.

ClinicND data is in SQL Server Backup Files (.bak). ClinicND Enterprise users may be able to receive their data in Excel format.

ClinicND Express users need to contact support to retrieve their data.

Clinic ND users that host their own data will receive documentation on how to export their data. Users that require assistance can contact support.

ClinicND users that have their data hosted by Osnium need to contact support to retrieve their data.

Users that wish to have their .bak files converted to a different format can contact Osnium support. Standard data conversion rates will apply.
